With a diverse background spanning consulting, nonprofit management, instructional design, and organizational development, I have consistently demonstrated a passion for serving others and creating impactful solutions.
Before launching my firm, I excelled as the owner of Theos Consulting, where I designed and created educational content. Previously, I worked for the United States Tennis Association (Southern Section), where I successfully consulted with civic organizations, advocated for infrastructure improvements, and led community events tied to international competitions.
I am a former college tennis player and an Elite Professional and National Vice President with the Racquet Sports Professionals Association.
