Helping Tennis, Padel, and all other racquet sports professionals secure visas and permanent residence in the United States.

At Theos Immigration Law, we focus on helping tennis, pickleball, padel, squash, badminton, and other racquet sports professionals pursue their careers and opportunities in the United States. We understand that coaches, instructors, academy directors, and elite players often have unique immigration needs that require individualized legal strategies.
Whether you are seeking a temporary visa or permanent residence, our goal is to provide clear guidance and personalized representation every step of the way.

Tennis has shaped my life from an early age. Growing up in the Chicago area, I discovered the game in middle school and became deeply passionate about it. Without access to many resources, I spent countless hours teaching myself the game, often hitting balls against a wall during bitter Chicago winters and shoveling tennis courts. Tennis opened doors for me that I never imagined possible, and it ultimately led me to compete at the Division I collegiate level.
That lifelong connection to racquet sports continues to guide my professional life today.
I have spent years working in the racquet sports industry, teaching tennis at both public and private facilities and, more recently, teaching padel. I currently serve as First Vice President of the Racquet Sports Professionals Association (RSPA), am an RSPA Master Professional, the highest level of certification, and serve as Chair of the RSPA Master Professional Committee.
As an immigration attorney, I bring this same passion and firsthand understanding of the racquet sports community to my legal practice.
I founded Theos Immigration Law to help racquet sports coaches, teaching professionals, academy directors, and elite players pursue their professional goals in the United States. My practice is dedicated to providing personalized immigration solutions for members of the global racquet sports community because racquet sports have changed my life and I want to facilitate that opportunity for others.
